(2) Before starting living diving, you need to have enough awareness of your body: you will need to know how to swim (at least 50 meters). You also have to know how to breathe underwater and control your buoyancy (in case you need it). If this is your first time doing this, we recommend taking an introductory course in the pool before diving into life. This will allow you to get used to breathing underwater, stabilize your buoyancy and get used to the sensation of being underwater without putting any pressure on your ears or sinuses. It is also recommended that you take care of yourself before doing a live dive: make sure you are not sick (vomiting, diarrhea…), that you do not have allergies and that you do not have any open wounds or cuts on your body (especially around the mouth).

(3) Master the relevant training knowledge: Only by mastering the required skills can you enjoy a safer living diving. You must pass various tests to obtain certification from relevant departments at home and abroad. Training time varies from case to case, but generally takes around 2 weeks (including theory). The minimum requirements are first aid knowledge; oxygen resuscitation skills; deep sea rescue skills training; basic knowledge of decompression sickness prevention measures; underwater basic knowledge, etc.
